A cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, oven/microwave), a table and chairs for dining indoors, a sofa, a TV stand, a ceiling fan, and a reversible air conditioner.

Sleeping area featuring a beautiful 160×200 cm bed, which can be converted into two separate beds if needed. Two 240×260 cm duvets (200 g and 300 g) that can be used separately or joined together. Large storage closet, with a built-in nightstand in the headboard.

A bathroom with a toilet, shower, vanity unit with mirror, towel warmer, hair dryer, and coat rack.

A washing machine and dryer are available in a designated laundry room.

The pool ( 9 m x 5 m) is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is equipped with a solar-heated shower and lounge chairs. You can also enjoy the pool house, which features a table and chairs.

Bedding is provided ( duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillowcases), as well as bath towels and pool towels. Beach towels must be brought from home and used only for that purpose.

Private parking at the entrance to the property; a locked garage for bicycles or motorcycles is available upon request.

The garden features a bocce court and a ping-pong table.

Cleaning fee (€30) available upon request.

Pets are not allowed, and theinterior of the unit is a "no-smoking" area.
